Herman Dining Hall
Herman Dining Hall creates an atmosphere you won’t want to leave. Complete with wood burning stone fireplace and front porch with rocking chairs, your group will enjoy views of the rolling hills, woods and lake. This building is ADA accessible and heated/air conditioned. It serves as a meeting area, seating up to 200 people and can be set up to accommodate individual group needs. If interested in a group rental, we offer a broad, customizable food menu. We can accommodate special diets and offer family or buffet service.
Casper Hall
Casper Hall is looking better than ever with a facelift to match Herman Hall. With beautiful wood ceilings, heated/air conditioned and a capacity for up to 200 people, this is a perfect meeting space and rainy day area for camp. Casper Hall is also home to the camp health center, radio station and camp store.
Cabins
Once you experience our cabins you won’t want to go home! Our cabins at YMCA Camp Weaver are cozy and inviting. Each cabin has wood floors, cathedral ceilings, a front porch and can sleep 16 people comfortably. Plus, all cabins are ADA accessible, heated/air conditioned and have private bathrooms with hot showers.
Covered Terrace Area
Take a breather or take breakout groups outside by using the Covered Terrace Area. Located outside of the Herman Dining Hall, the terrace is a wonderful way to connect with nature in a nice, relaxing area.
Amphitheater and Fire Ring
Take team building outside at the amphitheater and around the fire pit. Our campers love this area! With camp songs, silly activities and laughter that can be heard throughout the camp, start or end the day connecting with others at the amphitheater and fire ring.
Four-Acre Lake
Let’s take a splash! Jump right on into our man-made lake with fun water activities throughout the summer including a blob, slide, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, canoes and more! While campers are beating the heat in the lake, a lifeguard will be on duty to ensure all campers remain safe.
Warwick Pavilion
Warwick Pavillion is our airnasium which covers a basketball court, volleyball court and large picnic area. It has bathrooms, sports storage, microphone & speakers. It is storm proof and a great alternative for large group activities on rainy or extremely hot days.
Duke Power Pavilion
The Duke Power Pavilion at YMCA Camp Weaver is sure to suit any group’s open air event. Located next to Carolina Field, it seats 100 people complete with picnic tables, charcoal grill, lighting, electrical outlets and water source. Camp also has seven other pavilions which provide shelter from the elements and a nice group meeting space.
Pool & Lake
You read that right! We have a pool and a lake. Pretty sweet if you ask us! Campers can enjoy a day at the pool where they can splash and play or play Marco Polo or play in the lake with lake toy, canoes, kayaks and more! Lifeguards are always present at the pool and lake so a watchful eye will remain on your camper.
